Cristo Rey Jesuit integrates technology into all courses and curriculums through Google Classrooms. Student learning is further enriched with access to various research databases, e-libraries, and software programs including:

• 3-D Printers for Art and Robotics Fabrication in CRJ Maker’s Space

• Ableton Live Software for Documentation & Manipulation of Sound

• JStor, World Book Online for research projects

• Adobe Creative Suite for digital content creation and production 

• Microsoft Office for Business Computer Information Systems

Recognizing the real-world need for further advances in STEM learning, our Science department offers an Engineering/Robotics course that is in high demand by our students. Students in Robotics learn what it takes to design, build, and control their creations - from Java programming, to using Computer-Aided Design software, to assembling their 3D printed pieces, and finally, to getting their robot to move objects from one point to another while maneuvering through obstacles in competition. Moreover, these students learn to work as a team and communicate effectively about design and prototyping.

The Covid-19 pandemic has given us the opportunity to look at how we are effectively preparing students for work experience, and we have added training on both the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite to our Business Training Institute. We recognize that some offices may be working remotely for some time and have a Remote Work Lab on campus to ensure that our students can be beneficial to their corporate partner.
